Ian Weber

In 2019, Ian joined Brown’s as our Strategic Accounts Manager. With over 15 years of experience, he started as a Counterperson for a local, independently owned distributor.

During the next 10 years he would hold various other positions within the company, including Purchaser, Account Manager, Sales Manager and General Manager. The company would eventually be acquired by a multi-national corporation in 2017. Ian has dedicated much of his career into developing and nurturing relationships.

He believes that strong relationships are key to the success of any business and that those relationships are built on a foundation of integrity and trust. Being genuinely invested in the success of his customers and always striving to make a difference, are what keep Ian motivated.

He is always up for a challenge and is fully committed to having a positive impact. Not only is he a paint expert, he is also an aficionado of craft beer and Angus beef so he has all of the angles covered.
